Tenant Complains "The Neighbor's Dog Keeps Barking and It's Driving Me Crazy" - Landlord Breaks Down Door to Save a Life

A man in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province, China, was saved by his dog after suffering a stroke at home. The incident began when the man's dog, a small white breed, started barking loudly, prompting complaints from neighbors about the noise. The landlord, Ms. Zhang, became suspicious when she noticed that the dog, typically quiet, was unusually vocal.

Concerned for the man's safety, Ms. Zhang used a spare key to enter the apartment. Inside, she discovered the 59-year-old man, Mr. Huang, collapsed on the floor due to a sudden stroke. Realizing the urgency of the situation, she immediately called for an ambulance. Fortunately, after being rushed to the hospital, Mr. Huang's condition stabilized and he is no longer in life-threatening danger.

In an interview with the media, Ms. Zhang explained that Mr. Huang worked odd jobs and had an irregular schedule. She found it strange when she received complaints about his dog's barking because it rarely made noise. She suspected something was wrong when she heard the commotion and acted quickly to check on him.

Prior to this incident, Mr. Huang had taken a few days off work due to headaches and discomfort but did not foresee that he would suffer a stroke. Ms. Zhang expressed gratitude for the dog's intelligence in barking for help, which ultimately ensured that Mr. Huang received timely medical attention.
