The couple leaves their beloved cat to guard the house! I was shocked to see his new roommate invade my home and share the sofa and food until I burst into tears.

A cat-loving couple went on a trip and let their beloved cat stay to guard the house. However, they saw an incredible scene on the monitor. When they were not at home, an uninvited guest appeared, but the two cats turned a blind eye. He felt so comfortable that the owner couldn't help but laugh and said it was so funny!

The owner shared on IG (@keywestwaterman) that he and his wife recently went on a short trip and left their beloved cat "Tuna" at home to guard the house. Because they missed their cat very much, they would turn on the pet monitor from time to time to observe the cat's condition, but unexpectedly discovered that there was a new guest in the house.

As can be seen from the surveillance video, a wild raccoon entered the home through the cat door. Although Tuna witnessed the whole process, there was no special reaction. It seemed more like welcoming the arrival of a new friend with open arms.

The owner said that the raccoon really regarded this place as his own home. He ate the cat food first and then cleaned up the crumbs between the sofas and lay on the sofa to rest. He stayed there and peacefully coexisted with the cat. He stayed there for about 4 hours and finally left quietly as if nothing had happened. If it hadn't been caught on the surveillance camera, maybe the owner would never have found out about it. "I think it's really funny."
