Company Parking Lot Discovers Stray Cat: "Found a Surprising 'Demon King' at Home": Love and Anger Clash

A female internet user discovered a trapped stray cat inside a colleague's car in the company parking lot. After much effort, she managed to rescue the cat and took it home, only for the kitten to sneak back into her own car again. The woman exerted tremendous effort to rescue the cat for a second time, but by the time she succeeded, both the veterinary clinic and pet store were closed. The kitten caused chaos at home during the night, urinating everywhere, prompting the woman to exclaim, "My love and anger are at war."

On a social media platform called Xiaohongshu, a user known as "Not Changing My Name Until I Weigh 120 Jin" shared her experience. Three days prior, as she was leaving work, she heard urgent meowing sounds. Following the noise, she found it coming from the right front wheel of a car in the outdoor parking lot. After waiting a few minutes, the car owner arrived—a good Samaritan who also tried to help catch the stray cat but to no avail. Ultimately, the car owner drove to a nearby garage and had the undercarriage dismantled. After some searching, the shy stray cat was finally retrieved by maintenance staff.

The woman suggested that the car owner give the kitten a name, but he humorously replied, "You can discuss that with the garage owner." Afterward, she brought the kitten home and drove to a pet store to buy supplies. However, after parking her car, she couldn't find the kitten. After searching for ten minutes, she finally heard its cries and discovered that the mischievous little cat had crawled near her newly purchased car's air conditioning filter—a spot that was nearly impossible to reach. Eventually, after researching how to open the air conditioning filter online, she successfully caught the kitten.

Unfortunately, by this time both the pet store and veterinary clinic were closed. Exhausted from her efforts but relieved to have settled her new pet at home, she found that during the night, the kitten had again made a mess by urinating everywhere. This led her to humorously remark, "This little cat is keeping me so busy; my love and anger are battling it out." The next day, she successfully took the kitten to a pet store for supplies and also brought it to a veterinary clinic for a check-up. Fortunately, aside from some minor skin issues, it was in good health—prompting her to say, "No wonder it's so eager to explore everything."

Currently named "A-Du," this little stray cat has been successfully adopted by her. The amusing and convoluted process of rescuing this stray cat has attracted thousands of discussions online, with netizens commenting things like "You're in for quite an adventure; it's clear you've adopted a mischievous little rascal," and "I've never seen anyone go through such twists while adopting a cat!" Others added humorously that this cat should be named "The Demon King."
