Unfit for the Arctic! Husky Hides in Kotatsu for Warmth, Owner Says: "It Can't Go Back to Siberia Anymore!"

The term "Three Silly Musketeers" is a collective name for Huskies, Samoyeds, and Alaskan Malamutes. While their goofy image is well-known, these working dogs have greatly assisted humans in polar regions. One might assume they are immune to the cold, given their ability to survive in harsh, snowy conditions. However, a Japanese Twitter user (@miyamafukayama) recently shared a video of their Husky hiding under a kotatsu (a traditional Japanese heated table), and the comical scene of the dog seeking warmth has garnered over 230,000 likes!

"A Husky Who Can't Return to Siberia"

The 10-second clip shows the Husky burying its head inside a kotatsu, a common indoor heating device in Japan. It seems even Huskies aren't immune to the desire to laze around in warmth during winter! This Siberian Husky, named Ashi, lives with two other canine companions: a Shiba Inu and a Toy Poodle. They often huddle together on top of what is actually their owner's bed, effectively taking over his sleeping space. While the owner is often bewildered, he continues to document these moments. (How thoughtful of them to warm the bed!)

The poodle friend is hiding in the blanket.

Small Dog, Big Boss

Despite being the largest of the three dogs, Ashi the Husky is often seen being "bullied." Despite his size, he can't seem to win against the smaller dogs. (Especially that Shiba Inu!)

No need to ask who's in charge!

In the face of Shiba Inu's aggression, the Husky resorts to playing dumb. In the end, it can't escape the Shiba Inu's bared teeth.

Witnessing Ashi being bullied. He can't win and is forced to the edge of the table, even bumping his head!!

Husky: "I won't move, I won't move..."

Ashi as a puppy.

The interactions between these three furry friends are truly amusing!
